INTERNAL FINANCING
Внутреннее финансирование
Финансирование роста компании за счет нераспределенной прибыли. Чистая прибыль компании может выплачиваться в виде дивидендов или направляться на расширение ее деятельности. Обычно акционеры заинтересованы как в получении выгоды от своих инвестиций в виде дивидендов, так и в увеличении стоимости своих акций, что зависит от роста компании. Если значительная часть прибыли выплачивается в виде дивидендов, рост замедляется. Следовательно, важнейшая задача финансовой стратегии компании - достижение оптимального сочетания двух противоположных целей. См. Cost of capital, Reserves.
